Yoga 4 NHS & Calma Yoga
Calma Yoga is privileged to be involved with the Yoga4NHS Staff Wellbeing Programme. This further develops Jacqui’s strength in working with stressed public sector workers. This is a transformative 6-week evidence-based course accredited by the Royal College of GPs. It is based on the successful Yoga4Health social prescribing programme for NHS patients.
Designed to enhance the health and well-being of NHS staff. This programme equips participants with a comprehensive toolkit of mind-body practices aimed at reducing stress and anxiety, fostering resilience, and preventing burnout. Jacqui has recently adapted this programme for Staff Well-being in Education with great success. She has been working in Staff Well-being in Education for over 12 years, as well as helping GCSE students to overcome exam stress.
