BWY Foundation Course One
BWY Foundation Course One – FC1 is designed to explore yoga in more depth. It includes practical and theoretical work on the eight limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras including asana, pranayama, concentration and meditation. As well as the history and different paths of yoga. BWY Foundation Course two
BWY Foundation Course Two – FC2 is open to those who are interested yogis and may have completed the Foundation Course 1, or are experienced practitioners and teachers. The course content includes more asana and pranayama, as well as meditation, chanting, prana, nadis, kosas, mudras, bandhas, kriyas and an in-depth study of Chapter 1 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. There is also a short written assignment to illustrate an understanding of the Sutras.

BWY Foundation Course Two FC2 is open to those who are interested yogis and may have completed the Foundation Course 1, or are experienced practitioners and teachers.
